Clinical & Corrective Massage

specialized BODYWORK

We expertly and warmly specialize in female-centered massage therapy. Since 1995, we have been committed to preparing and repairing bodies during the reproductive years, with a focus on supporting normal physiologic childbirth, relieving pain, and promoting healthy movement. Although we have a passion for pregnancy care, we are equally dedicated to addressing postural patterns, pain, traumas, and injuries that are unique to all female experiences and life stages.

We know that for some people, sex biology assigned at birth is just one piece of who they are, or how they express themselves. We provide a safe, respectful, and trustworthy space for transgender, nonbinary, and gender non-conforming individuals to share their unique experiences and treatment goals. Our training and understanding of this allow us to guide all of our clients uniquely and therapeutically toward their best health.

Massage Therapy

Licensure in Massage Therapy represents a wide range of manual techniques and methodologies. Our therapists are highly qualified, with diverse advanced certifications and extensive experience, enabling us to support each person’s current state of health and goals.

we offer three methods
  • Clinical Massage is therapeutic or restorative muscular bodywork that targets tension using individualized pressure.
  • Corrective Massage is an approach that deliberately targets multiple layers of soft tissue, utilizing tools, stretching, postural re-education, and hands-on techniques to effect corrective changes in the body.
  • Certified Structural Integration is a highly transformative and precise form of hands-on therapy that adheres to identifiable fascial planes, and yields profound and enduring outcomes.

To help you select the best approach for your current life stage or health status, we have provided a preview of our service categories and details on the various bodywork options we offer.
