Nice to meet you

We are a female-centered corrective bodywork practice dedicated to resolving pain that’s unique to female systems, functions, experiences, and life stages. We are a safe and welcoming place for transgender, nonbinary, and gender non-conforming people, and families. In pregnancy, we work to unwind soft tissue restrictions that can lead to unnecessary interventions or disrupt normal physiologic childbirth.

Our Mission is to create a space where every client feels comfortable being their authentic self and safely sharing their story. We are licensed massage therapists committed to advancing female-centered bodywork. We strive to meet every client within their current health capability and, with skill and thoughtful care, engage the body’s many intelligent physiological systems and functions- aiding it to reach its fullest health potential.
